Refunds and Returns Policy

At Rainbow Moose 3D Prints, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below to understand your options if an issue arises with your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. To process your replacement, we require:

    • A photo of the damaged or defective item.

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  3. Once your request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

  4. Refunds and returns are not available for any items.


Exclusions

We do not offer replacements for:

  1. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  2. Sale or clearance items.


Shipping Errors
